Benefits of being a TASA Member: • The use of the TASA logo, by approved Full Members, is a highly recognized endorsement of good business practice. • Unlimited access to the entire TASA membership database. • TASA has representation at Board level of Industry Associations & Government sectors: -Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) -Federation of Namibian Tourism Associations (FENATA)  -Roads Authority  - Transport Board -Namibian Academy for Tourism and Hospitality (NATH) • TASA communicates on issues, which have impact on the in-bound tourism industry of Southern Africa • The TASA Promotional Magazine – Destination Namibia, is published and distributed annually to NTB Tourism Offices, Foreign Embassies, Travel Agents and Trade Fairs • Representation at International Trade Shows – WTM, ITB, INDABA, CMT, etc • Marketing opportunities via close association with the NTB • TASA Membership offers credibility in the International Market • TASA promotes and represents the views of the Tourism Industry and assists FENATA in resolving issues which may arise with the authorities concerned • TASA members with Full membership status qualify through NTTFC for Rebated Air Travel locally and internationally for marketing purposes • Networking opportunities when attending Annual General Meetings as well as the open invitation to attend monthly board meeting                               Who we are: The Tour and Safari Association of Namibia (TASA) is a voluntary private-sector body that acts on behalf of its members to encourage development and ensure standards and reliability in the Namibian tourism industry. Our members are tour and safari operators based within Namibia who operate safaris throughout the country. All our members conform to prescribed levels of operation, insurance and financial probity, which means that membership, implies a real credibility within the marketplace and with our partners overseas. TASA is one of nine member associations of FENATA (Federation of Namibian Tourism Associations) and has always been very much involved with the development of tourism in Namibia. We work closely with all the other associations and with the Namibian Government in helping to formulate tourism policy in Namibia.
